Currently we are not accepting book donations. The library is always seeking financial donations to help us provide the best possible service to the community.
The 2021 draft budget can be seen here. This year’s tax appropriation being requested is $320,000. We are doing all we can to hold down costs during this difficult economic time. The Friends of the Library have stepped up tremendously this year to help fund building renovations and have committed to help support the library with donations next year. The board is planning further renovations to make the library more accessible, and has been saving capital reserve funds over many years to make that possible.
The Friends group meets bimonthly on the second Saturday of the month
starting in January 10 a.m. at The Rosendale Cafe. Visit the Friend’s webpage to find out more.
