Thomas Sarrantonio, Painter and Teacher, will conduct an outdoor art workshop and demo on Saturday June 3, from 1-4pm at the Snyder Estate, located at 668 NY-213 in Rosendale.
Starting with an oil painting demonstration, there will be discussion of the joys and challenges of working outside directly from Nature. Participants are invited to Paint or Draw or collect natural objects for collage or assemblage artworks.
No experience required, just an open and curious attitude towards observing and working from Nature. Bring your favorite paints, drawing supplies or other materials. All ages welcome.
