About Patti –

Patti Gibbons has spent most of her life residing in the Hudson Valley, and being inspired by the Catskill Mountains and surrounding locales. It is a place that has captured both her heart and creative muse.

Her early art career included design work in the pottery studio of Elana Zang, and as a designer/production artist for several local apparel companies and studios in the county.

Patti graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY New Paltz with a BS and MS in Art Education, followed by a gratifying career as an art teacher for special needs/at-risk students. After 20+ years she left public education to pursue her art and joyfully creates out of her Kingston NY home studio. Her work can be seen in area galleries and shops in the Hudson Valley.
