Join classical guitarist Eric J. Roth for a night of incredible music free at the Rosendale Library on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 5:30. Eric will perform a concert of classical guitar music on a beautiful, authentic reproduction instrument modeled after one built in 1830. He will also provide information about the instrument, repertoire, composers, and history. The program will feature music from the 18th century through the mid-20th century and include compositions from throughout Europe and the Americas. Composers to be represented include Kellner, Paganini, Coste, Mertz, Shand, Pernambuco, Barrios, and others. Eric will also perform his own arrangement of a 1920 silent film score, titled “The Vampire.”
